1、耐高温测试t:主要用于产品的耐高温测试，一般与冷却池一起使用，可以检测产品在温差变化较大时，玻璃盖的抗变化能力。将玻璃盖放入烤箱设定温度200℃30分钟立刻放入水温20℃的冷却池。看是否会爆裂

2、冲击测试t: 将227g重的铁球从1.5米高处自由落下，冲击玻璃盖靠近边缘的 1/3半径处, 每片做相同的冲击4次(单孔的做4次，双孔的做两次，多空的做一次)，看是否破裂

3、自爆测试t: 用120码的沙皮在玻璃表面来回摩擦，静置在一个地方，24小时后，看玻璃盖没有损坏

4、destructive testing: 用胶带裹住玻璃盖的一面，敲击玻璃盖边缘使其破碎。取破碎颗粒的最大颗粒为准，画出一个50*50mm的计数框内数，颗粒需不少于80粒

5、洗碗机测试:检测丝印位置会不会褪色，按冲洗40次计算，完成一次冲洗测试需90小时，核5天，(目前设置每天冲洗18小时，中途休息6个小时)，要求印刷部分不褪色。按冲洗30次计算，完成一次冲洗测试需67.5小时，核3.75天
