1. High temperature resistance test t: It is mainly used for the high temperature resistance test of the product. It is generally used with the cooling pool to detect the anti-change ability of the glass cover when the temperature difference of the product changes greatly. Put the glass cover into the oven set temperature of 200 ℃ for 30 minutes and immediately put it into the cooling pool with a water temperature of 20 ℃. See if it will burst

2. Impact test T: A 227g iron ball is freely dropped from a height of 1.5 meters, impacting the 1/3 radius of the glass cover near the edge, and each piece is impacted 4 times (4 times for single hole, 2 times for double hole and 1 time for multiple holes) to see if it is broken.

5. Dishwasher test: check whether the silk screen printing position will fade. According to the calculation of 40 times of flushing, it takes 90 hours and 5 days to complete a flushing test (currently it is set to flush 18 hours a day and rest 6 hours in the middle). It is required that the printed part will not fade. According to the calculation of 30 times of flushing, it takes 67.5 hours and 3.75 days to complete one flushing test.
