Method for detecting tempered glass cover

High temperature resistant strengthened glass is an auxiliary strengthened glass commodity for industrial boilers and industrial kilns. Its inspection methods are mainly as follows:

1. Standard inspection: Measure the diameter, length, width and thickness of glass with a ruler or tape measure with a minimum scale of 1mm. When it comes to high accuracy, it can be measured with a micrometer or an instrument of equal accuracy, and is accurate to two decimal places in millimeters (mm).

2. Anti-impact function inspection: including anti-wind pressure function inspection and anti-heavy ball function inspection.

3. Inspection of bending degree: Put the high-temperature resistant strengthened glass straight and vertically, and place the ruler horizontally and stick it tightly.
